Co-Curricular Activities Massey High School has many musical groups including a jazz band, a string group, a large choir and vocal and instrumental ensembles. Students from these groups provide the core of performers involved in the school's highly succesful musical productions. The school has a fine tradition of dramatic and musical productions, with many former students involved in professional theatre and television work. A dedicated Arts Week during the year allows students a chance to showcase a variety of artistic talents. Our debating and chess teams excel in regional and national competitions. Impressive success rates are achieved by Massey High School students studying French, Japanese, and German languages through the Alliance Française, Goethe Society examinations and the Japanese speech competitions. |
