Mental Health Week

From the 5th to the 9th July, we celebrated Mental Health Week at Massey High School.

The purpose of this week was to empower our students and staff to look after their mental health and to gain new coping skills and perspectives.

To help them cope better with stress, anxiety, and low mood. We had a variety of different activities happening during the week, including lunch-time workshops, assembly speeches and a Health Expo for the Year 9 and 10 students who got to learn more about the health services and products available to them.

We thank everyone for their help and effort during this week and hope that everyone has a restful and recharging school holidays.
