PPTA Strike Action
PPTA Union Members have voted for a one-day national strike in Term 1 2023. The national executive has set the date for this strike as 16 March 2023.The Massey High School Board has carefully considered the availability of teaching staff, and unfortunately decided that we cannot provide normal instruction during the strike, so the school will be officially closed for instruction during the above times.
If making alternative arrangements for care is difficult, we can still supervise a small number of students if required. Please contact the office via email on: [email protected] if your child/children will need this. They will need to provide their own study materials as there will be no formal teaching on this day.Please note that there will be no school buses in operation on that day.
