This is the event of the year for many of our Year 12 and 13 students!

Permission Slips and E-Tickets -  The Process

This year we continue to use an online application and e-ticket process.  

1. Permission Slips Are Now Open.  Parents/Caregivers have been emailed a link to the online permission form, to the email address we hold on the student file.  To access the form you will require access to the Parent Portal.
2. Once the permission slip is submitted the application is sent to the appropriate dean for approval.
3. Once approved by the dean, parents/caregivers will receive a further email providing a link to purchase tickets online.  Ticket purchases MUST be made online with a debit or credit card not via direct credit or at the bursar's office. There are no "pay off" options available. 
4. Permission Slips and Ticket Purchases Close: 26 June 2023 at 12.00pm.  No applications will be accepted and no tickets will be available for purchase after this date. This is to allow time to confirm numbers with the venue.

Ticket Costs

Ticket prices include meal, unlimited soft drinks, DJ, decorating the venue and Photographer.

We realise times are tough for some at the moment and for this reason we created our very own Ball Hire "Shop", in 2022 with the kind donations made by Staff, Past Students and the Local Community.  This is now back for 2023.

Senior Students who would love to attend the ball but cannot quite manage the cost of a suit or dress on top of the price of a ticket, can come along and check out the station from Monday 29 May, every lunchtime in D107 (entering from the field end of D Block).

You can also message Mrs Death via teams or email.

There is a very small charge of $25.00 to hire a dress or suit, to cover the cost of cleaning once the item is returned.  In addition to the hire fee, we require a $20.00 bond which will be returned to you once the dress or suit has been returned to us.
