Gateway
Gateway is a program that gives senior students work experience to help them choose a career pathway (and also gains them related credits). At Massey High School we have two classes of Year 12 and 13 students.
We have seven students who chose to try retail and do their placements at The Warehouse, Westgate in Term 1. They have already completed one workshop run by their Service IQ tutor and Wednesday, 6 March was their first work experience at the store. All in all, they will have 5 days of work experience and two workshops, gaining 23 credits at Level 2.
