The fulltime Hospitality students are beginning to develop their dishes and cakes for the Wintec Culinary Fare held in Hamilton at the end of Term 2. Many of the students did compete last year and are hoping to build on their successful haul of medals from 2021, which luckily was held just before the Lockdown. Phoenix is currently working on her mixture and Victoria is trialing decorating ideas.
