Year 10 Prizegiving 2025
On Friday, 5th December we celebrated the academic achievements of our Year 10 students. The top three students in each subject were recognised with a certificate and the top three students in each Tutor Class were each awarded a ‘Junior Excellence’ badge (see attached list). Following the class awards, we presented a range of special awards (see attached list). This year we were extremely proud to present Sam Mullineux of 10MWU with the Student Volunteer Army, Top Volunteer Award for logging close to 300 hours of service to the school and local community.
We welcomed Mrs Rose McBirney to the stage to present the Callum Bell Memorial Trophy to this year’s winner of the Board of Trustees, All Round Excellence award: India Macdonald of 10KTM. This is a very special award as it honours Mrs McBirney’s son, Callum, a former student who passed away in 1990.
The final two final awards were presented to the top academic achievers in Year 10. Our runner up for 2025 was Lilja Fridholm of 10KTM and the top student was Leo Trixl of 10HBA.
