An Evening of Exceptional Food, Service, and Hospitality

Our guests enjoyed a delightful evening, indulging in an exceptional three-course meal prepared and presented by our talented Hospitality Academy staff and students.

The evening began with house-made focaccia bread, served warm with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and a selection of dips and pâté — a simple yet elegant introduction to the menu.

For the main course, guests enjoyed rich and flavourful braised beef cheek, accompanied by a Mediterranean-style baked savoury pudding, honey-roasted kūmara, and a luscious red wine jus, finished with delicate mascarpone pesto. A thoughtfully prepared vegetarian option featured grilled halloumi with red pepper dressing, pickled lemon, and fragrant butternut couscous.

To conclude the evening on a sweet note, guests were treated to a slice of Filly’s tried-and-tested tiramisu — the perfect ending to a memorable dining experience.
