School-Based GP Opportunity

Make a difference in the health and wellbeing of rangatahi

Te Puna Manawa Trust is seeking a youth-friendly General Practitioner to provide School Based Health Services for rangatahi in the Waitematā region.

This is a 4-hour-per-week contractor position, working alongside School Nurses and the school’s wider pastoral team to provide accessible, culturally informed healthcare for young people.

The successful applicant will be a GP who: 

• Is vocationally registered or working towards registration
• Has a passion for working with adolescents and their whānau
• Builds strong rapport with young people from diverse backgrounds
• Has sound clinical skills and experience with the HEAADSSS assessment tool
