A huge thank you to Ree from the Café at The Salvation Army Westgate for the wonderful support she has given our students over the past two terms.

Each week, Ree has worked alongside Issy Owen and Cedric Cruz, helping them develop valuable café, customer service and barista skills. It has been fantastic to see their confidence grow as they have gained practical experience in a welcoming and supportive environment.

And if you get the chance, we highly recommend trying the banana hot chocolate that Ree created — it’s definitely worth a taste!

We would also like to acknowledge the fantastic work Ree has done with students in our Gateway Programme. She has warmly welcomed our students into the café and provided them with opportunities to learn, build confidence and develop valuable workplace skills.
