It was a bittersweet weekend for Massey High School past student Zinzan Hansen (Class of 2020), who reached an exciting milestone in his rugby career by making his National Provincial Championship (NPC) debut.

Making the step up from club rugby to the NPC is a fantastic achievement and a proud moment for Zinzan and the Massey High School community.

Unfortunately, his debut was cut short due to injury, making the occasion a bittersweet one. Despite the setback, reaching this level of rugby is a testament to his hard work, dedication and commitment to the sport.

We are incredibly proud to see another Massey High School past student achieving success beyond the school gates.

Congratulations on this milestone, Zinzan! We wish you a speedy recovery and look forward to seeing you back on the field soon.
