Junior Activity Week bookings are filling quickly, with several activities already sold out!
With the final deadline fast approaching, we encourage all Year 9 and 10 students who have not yet booked their activities to do so as soon as possible to avoid missing out.
IMPORTANT – FINAL DEADLINE: MONDAY, 16 NOVEMBER 2026
This is the final date for all activity bookings, payments and parent/caregiver consent forms to be completed and approved.
Please take note of the following important information:
- Activity Availability: All activities are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Once an activity reaches capacity, it will no longer be available to book.
- Final Bookings: No further activity bookings will be accepted after 16 November 2026.
- Consent Forms: All parent/caregiver consent forms must be completed and approved by 16 November 2026. Any bookings with outstanding or unapproved consent forms after this date will be cancelled, the student's place will be released, and a refund will be processed.
- Activity Changes: No further changes or amendments to booked activities will be permitted after 16 November 2026.
- Refunds: No refunds for activity cancellations or changes of mind will be available after 16 November 2026, as we will be confirming final numbers and payments with activity providers and venues.

A Reminder About Consent Forms
Once payment has been made, a parent/caregiver consent form will be emailed to you.
Payment alone does not secure your student's place. The consent form must also be completed and approved for the booking to be confirmed.
We strongly encourage families not to leave this until the last minute, as any outstanding or unapproved consent forms after the deadline will result in the booking being cancelled and a refund being processed.
