The new and final deadline for all Junior Activity Week 2026 purchases is:

If you have not yet booked activities for your Year 9 or 10 student, now is the time to jump online and secure their place!
Activities are filling quickly, and several are already SOLD OUT. Bookings are allocated on a first come, first served basis, so do not leave it too late or risk missing out on your preferred activities.

Important Things to Remember
Please ensure the following are completed by Monday, 16 November 2026 (end of day):
- Activity Bookings and Payments: All activity selections and payments must be completed by the deadline. No further bookings will be accepted after this date.
- Consent Forms: Once payment has been made, a parent/caregiver consent form will be emailed to you. This must be completed and approved by the deadline.
- Your Booking Is Not Confirmed Until Consent Is Approved: Payment alone does not secure your student's place. Any bookings with outstanding or unapproved consent forms after the deadline will be cancelled, the place released and a refund processed.
- Activity Changes: Any changes or amendments to activities must be made before the deadline. No changes will be accepted afterwards.
- Refunds: No refunds for activity cancellations or changes of mind will be available after the deadline, as final numbers and payments will be confirmed with activity providers and venues.

We have extended the purchasing timeframe to give families another opportunity to get organised, but 16 November is the final deadline, with no further extensions planned.
If your student is yet to book, get in quick! With several activities already sold out and remaining places filling fast, we encourage families to make their selections and complete payment as soon as possible.
