Students Driving Own Vehicle to School
Important information for students who drive themselves to and from school.
The privilege of bringing a motorized vehicle to school applies to students who are legally licensed to drive. Students bring their car to school at their own risk.
We expect all student drivers to drive sensibly, observing the New Zealand Road Code at all times.
Students on a restricted licence may NOT transport other students in accordance with New Zealand Law.
Students are not allowed to park on school grounds and need to show respect for our neighbours in our community.
Where there is flagrant misuse of a vehicle or breaking of the law, this will be reported directly to the police.
Please note as of Term 2 all students driving themselves to school will need to complete a registration form which will be emailed out to all Year 12 and 13 students towards the end of the term.
